Dr. Hannah Haubrich’s passion for audiology is rooted in a simple truth: sound is a connection to the world around us.
That passion began in her hometown of Payson, Illinois, where she graduated high school before completing her undergraduate studies at Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. Her love of music and interest in healthcare led her to audiology, earning her a Doctor of Audiology degree from Illinois State University in 2020.
Hannah thrives on helping patients understand the correlation between hearing and overall brain health, noting that, “hearing loss isn’t just about ears. It impacts how we connect, think, and live.”
She takes a collaborative approach to hearing healthcare, working closely with patients, families, and other professionals to provide well-rounded, individualized support.
“Hearing loss can be gradual and easy to overlook,” she says. “My goal is to help patients find solutions that truly benefit their lives. There’s so much beauty in sound, and I want people to experience that.”
Her appreciation for sound extends outside work as well. Hannah enjoys attending concerts, and playing music at church and various community events. She also bikes and kayaks with her husband.
