In March of 2010 a company named Wolfgang, Inc. purchased Amedeos. The corporation is lead by President David Harris. The company has continued with the same DeAngelis family recipes and have added new Italian dishes to the menu. Amedeos continues to support NCSU and remains a Raleigh Wolfpack Tradition.
After extensive upgrading of the kitchen and bathrooms, remodeling the bar to include several large screen TVs and touching up the dining rooms, Amedeo’s reopened in early March.
In January 2011, David and Jill DeAngelis Parker became minority shareholders in the group to show their support for keeping the tradition going and growing.
