We love supporting our organic local farmers by sourcing as many ingredients as they offer us. Our dishes are designed to showcase the freshness of every ingredient. We use extra virgin olive oil and grape seed oil for sautéing and pan-frying, and organic/grass-fed butter, ghee, olive oil and coconut oil for baking. Our dairy is grass-fed/organic and our baking ingredients are organic.
