Counties
• More than 350 serious injury/fatality accident investigations
• Determined necessary corrective action to mitigate workplace hazards
• Participated in legal depositions, settlement negotiations, hearings as
they related to the inspection and accident investigation listed above
• Reviewed health and safety written programs
• Performed personal breathing zone sampling, noise monitoring, and
determined the air velocities for mechanical ventilation systems.
