Treasures Jewelry and Estate Buyers was established by Kenneth Ouellette, a co-owner and co-founder of the former William and Kenneth Fine Jewelry, which has been at the same location in Randolph for eight years. After the retirement of Kenneth’s partner, Treasures Jewelry and Estate Buyers emerged to continue his reputation of providing quality jewelry, affordable prices and unparalleled customer service.

Kenneth enhanced the store by placing a heavier emphasis on the purchase and sale of estate (pre-owned) jewelry items and offerings at competitive prices, creating even more value and added selection through unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces.
