Wellness or health, in general, was something that was a huge struggle for me after my pregnancy. It wasn't until a co-worker invited me to a "Virtual Wellness Group" - AKA Challenge Group that I was able to learn the tools to keep me on the right track. I learned that wellness has to be a full circle, it is not a quick fix - I want to teach other women they are not alone. That it is possible to learn the tools for your wellness, a combination of the proper food (nutrition) exercise, personal development, and facing the reasons why you might use food as a comfort vs fuel.
