55+ adult living communities are “age-restricted” and at least one resident must be aged 55 or better. Noone under the age of 18 may reside permanently in the home. Guests and pets are welcome!
Residents in a 55+ adult community must be independent. These communities offer no medical or personal care assistance. However, most of these communities are located near medical facilities, shopping, dining and may offer shuttle bus or van service.
