An off-roaded career in the health care field coupled with a young child with life threatening food allergies lead us to being tied in "knots"! In January 2011 we opened the first soft pretzel bakery in Long Island in Oceanside across from the TJ Maxx shopping center on Long Beach Rd.
Come and visit us and you will see us twisting right in front of you, which often looks like a re-run of the "I Love Lucy" show!
