I was raised in the magical land of Cusco — where we are blessed with many superfoods that fortify our bodies. We also learn that we can heal our bodies with these same amazing foods and plants.
In our modern society, we are often pushed to the max and sometimes as women we put ourselves last. I’m a firm believer that we must take some time to ourselves for self care so we don’t burn out.
