Very good overall experience with Best West Express. Found them online, got quotes from other moving companies. I decided to move with Best West. Pickup was easy, they came with a truck, the crew assigned was very good and took care of my stuff. Loaded my belongings on their truck. I asked them to pack my 2 TVs, some glass shelves and a few more fragile items. Delivery took less than 2 weeks as they told me initially. Although some of my items had a few scratches here and there, nothing too bad. Insurance was included on the price so I sent the required form to get compensation. Despite that, I was very pleased with the overall experience.

First time that I move using a moving company. I moved locally with the help of family and friends but this time we were moving from California to Florida and I couldn't handle this myself. I Found Best West Express online, had good reviews and decided to go with them. I did get some other quotes from other moving companies but their were not very well recommended as Best West. Everything went smooth from pickup to delivery. I am very happy with the crew on pickup, they packed some fragile things that I wasn't sure how to make sure they didn't get damaged. Everything arrived in the same conditions I had them. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Zoe and her team were absolutely fantastic. Polite, respectful, diligent and efficient. I couldn't ask for a better moving experience. Thank you a million times over for all the help.

What a great experience we had with this company. I read a lot about moving scams while researching companies so I was a bit nervous to book with anyone but I'm glad I chose Rick with Best West. They really do provide excellent service and accurate estimates. Highly recommend.

These guys work hard and offer a great service for a standard rate. They were friendly and punctual. None of our stuff was damaged. They were flexible in dropping our items off orderly. Just make sure to package all your stuff well ahead of time to reduce their time helping you. Time is money!

We had an incredible experience with Best West. They were on-time, extremely experienced and most of all very reasonable. Marcus was extremely responsive in the process leading up to the move. The team of 3 movers led by David, worked diligently and hard the whole move and were very careful with all of our items. I would highly recommend them and use them again!

I had a hard time finding the right mover as I was moving out of a very secluded area. They managed to give me a great price as long as we worked together with the dates and it all worked out in the end! I am so happy that they took their time and effort to work with me so that I could have a decent move. I truly want to thank everyone in Best West who was involved.

Excellent job and excellent service! Rick was outstanding and responded quickly to my request. He was pleasant and extremely helpful. The job came under the estimate. Michael and the crew showed up early and loaded the truck. They had everything moved without damage. They worked fast and were very nice. Best west express went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure my mom and I were happy with everything. They were upbeat, positive, and very patient dealing with our stress.
