Dr. Iacco is an attending physician at William Beaumont Hospital-Royal Oak where he helped to pioneer the practice of retromuscular hernia repair, and Assistant Professor of Surgery at Oakland University William Beaumont. He has a specialty interest in the care of patients with hernia and abdominal wall issues, and has performed more than 1000 robotic surgeries. He is board certified in general surgery and surgical critical care, with additional fellowship training at the Shock Trauma Center. He has extensive experience in the care of critically ill surgical and medical patients.
