The Russell County Public Library celebrated Early Literacy with First Lady of Kentucky, Britainy Beshear on February 18th. They invited Dr. Holly VonGruenigen and Jessica Miller, CCMA to attend the celebration. Russell County has the highest participation in Dolly's Imagination Library Program in part because of their efforts at Russell Family Medical to get the patients signed up.
