i love the environment of this gym. i was in a bad rut, used a promotion and felt both welcomed and encouraged. fell out for 2 months and was welcomed back without judgment. the teaching crew here is like an instant family encouraging every kick, punch and burpee. each class gives you health tip and a reminder of why you are doing what is challenging: to be a better you. love this team!

i love kickboxing saint paul has totally changed my mindset when it comes to working out. i’ve gone from finding every excuse not to workout to getting up as early as 5am on the weekends excited to workout. and the staff is the most welcoming and involved group people i’ve ever met �. i love this studio and have met so many encouraging and supportive people.

i was bored going to the gym and wanted to find something more enjoyable while still getting a good workout. i heard about ilkb through a friend and am so glad i tried it! the staff are great, very supportive and motivating. the classes are only an hour long but they get the job done. i leave every class dripping sweat! if you want to shake up your workout routine, i highly recommend ilkb in st. paul!

i absolutely love ilovekickboxing saint paul!! the workout is fantastic!! motivating, challenging and empowering! i have been here about two months are my clothes are fitting better, i am looking toner and i have more energy! the best thing about this studio is the staff! they are so welcoming and they have created an environment that is inspiring and they really push you to do your best! i also believe that, because of the staff’s leadership, members really take care of each other. we all help each other succeed and meet our goals!!

becoming a member is one of the best things i have done for myself in a long time! i joined looking to lose weight. what i got was a stronger, healthier body and mindset and a support system of trainers and members that doesn't quit! i always leave sweaty and happy! for that hour, i don't think or stress about anything else in life...what a gift! i truly love kickboxing and even signed up my teenage daughter and son. this place is more than just a gym, it is a strong community.
