Flourishing One Day at a TimeManjula Borge, MD, is an adult and child psychologist at Zion Wellness Center, located in Salisbury, Maryland. She is honored to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals living on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
Dr. Borge earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where she majored in medical and research technology. After completing her undergraduate studies, she attended Ross University in Dominica, West Indies, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine. She then completed her adult psychiatry residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
As an experienced mental health care provider, Dr. Borge has provided psychiatric services at numerous institutions throughout the state of Maryland, including Peninsula Regional Center, Bon Secours Hospital, and Chesapeake Health Care.
Dr. Borge founded Zion Wellness Center to help individuals and families overcome mental illness by renewing their minds and walking a joyful path in life. Her goal is to address mental health challenges in a supportive, caring environment on a case-by-case basis. With her help, patients can reshape their beliefs to achieve a more positive outlook on life.
At Zion Wellness Center, Dr. Borge and her team want to show patients how vast their abilities are and inspire them to use their own inner strength to overcome obstacles as they present themselves. Consequently, they provide fun challenges and exercises, that when practiced, can help turn problems that once seemed like mountains into molehills.
