She currently works on Intermountain Health’s Health Risk Assessment team, helping to onboard new members to Select Health Medicare Advantage and Dual-Special Needs Program plans by providing a complimentary, one-time visit focused on providing an overall health and wellness assessment and assisting new members towards establishing with their Primary Care team.
