The probes are compatible with Keysight, Anritsu, Tektronix, Teledyne/LeCroy, and Rhode & Schwarz TDR & VNA measurement instruments. The instruments are integrated into a probing system configured to the customers measurement application to verify the PCB modeling software accuracy and the PCB manufacturing process.
