Founded in 1981, the College of English Language offers high-quality English language courses, as well as exam preparation courses to international students. We have 3 schools throughout California, located in San Diego, Pacific Beach and Los Angeles.
Our experienced teachers and small classes (max. 10 students per class) provide students with a personal and enriching academic environment. Leaning English at CEL is much more than learning the top language in the world.
