Partido, our restaurant features items influenced by his roots in Honolulu, HI. Educated and trained at California Culinary Academy in San Francisco his style is Euro-Pacific Rim cuisine. A lover of Italian, French and Mediterranean flavors, Chef Romulo incorporates Asian ingredients and European techniques. Hawaiian culture also is incorporated into his culinary creations.
