Dr. Morgan Nelson is a board-eligible oral and maxillofacial surgeon with training in dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, corrective jaw surgery, and facial trauma. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery and Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of California, San Francisco, where she also completed her residency and served as chief resident. Dr. Nelson has managed a wide range of complex surgical cases, including dentoalveolar, orthognathic, TMJ, and trauma procedures.
