California College of Early Childhood Education is to instruct students on campus to such competency levels that they are qualified for initial employment and or/ career advancement in the Early Childhood field. The classes only satisfy the educational component required by the Community Care Licensing. Teachers must have six months experience in a licensed child care center. Directors need four years experience in a licensed child care center.
