Dr. Luis Garcia Fresneda was born and raised in Santiago de Cuba. He graduated from medical school with honors from the Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Santiago de Cuba. Following graduation, he completed his residency at Manati Medical Center in Puerto Rico.
Dr. Garcia believes in taking a collaborative approach and working together with his patients to achieve and maintain Better Health.
Throughout his medical career, Dr. Garcia has received several special recognitions and awards, including being part of the NCQA recognition programs. He has a passion for promoting and supporting breast and prostate cancer awareness.
In his free time, he enjoys watching baseball, spending time with his family, watching movies, reading good books, and walking.
