About
The Open School is a K-12 alternative micro-school in Santa Ana, based on the Sudbury model of self-directed education. Our students are age-mixed and are treated with dignity, trust, and respect for who they are. Rather than a set curriculum, our students pursue what is meaningful to them in the context of a larger community. They become entrepreneurs, creatives, and experts in their field. We also provide a virtual program and offer part time on a case-by-case basis.
