At Evolve Santa Barbara, we apply traditional approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Group DBT, Family Therapy, Multifamily Groups, and Parent Support Groups. Daily educational and academic support is provided to help students stay on track with schooling. At the PHP level, teens receive two individual therapy sessions per week, one psychiatric evaluation per week, and daily academic support. Our intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a full day of treatment, offered five days a week. At the IOP level, teens receive one individual therapy session per week, one psychiatric evaluation per week, and daily academic support.
