I'm a Marriage & Family Therapist helping motivated adults & teens who are ready to create less anxious, more connected lives. I use a short term solution-focused model rather than dwelling endlessly on the past, and apply well-researched, scientific methods with the creativity of an artist who loves to help others. Due to Covid-19 sessions are by video/phone or outdoor "Walk & Talk" only. Please note: I am an "out of network" psychotherapy provider able to provide superbills to clients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance companies for covered services. I am an "ally" of our many communities of color, gender and belief and feel privileged to have a diversity-positive practice.
