Service techs were very professional and accommodating at time of inspection & pumping, considering the water hadn't been turned on yet and they had to come back out. A few weeks later, when I had a question regarding the system, Lee returned my call promptly, & was very helpful. He's one of their engineers, and spent at least 10 minutes thoroughly explaining how the system works and offered suggestions for future maintenance. Thanks!
