Sewing is my life. I first started doing alterations, as well as, teaching to sew when I was in high school. I I went to design school in Boston, and before I had graduated, I began working as a fashion designer for 2 coat factories, the Forecast and New England Macintosh. For a number of years I worked from home as well as a couple of Bridal Shops. My life long dream was to own a fabric store. In 2011, I started looking to open my own fabric store. In March of 2012, I had acquired the old Scotland Fire house, and my husband and I began to work on remolding it. We finally opened June of 2012! With a fabric shop, alteration room, and a class room it has been a dream come true.
