"Caroline has a Master of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health from the University of Washington, and completed her Postpartum Doula training at the Simkin Center at Bastyr University. She has provided Postpartum Doula support to scores of families since 2012. She draws on her decades of experience as a Childbirth and Parenting Educator to help clients adjust to their roles as parents in new and expanding families. Caroline understands that the postpartum period can be full of surprises, both wonderful and challenging. As a Postpartum Doula, she believes that her main role is to help new parents figure out what they need and how to attain it. Caroline has supported clients with premature infants, postpartum mood disorders, children with special health care needs, multiples (including quadruplets!), families of color, single parents, LGBTQ+ parents and blended families. She is certified through DONA International and the Northwest Association for Postpartum Support (NAPS), and loves watching new families grow."
