When I bought my Condo in 2016, I was sent a bill from the leasing company for over $2,250.00 because I broke my lease early to move into my new condo. I had Home Equity Protection Services information and gave their office a call for some help. Even though my issues were somewhat unique, they helped me fight paying those fees and I ended up getting an apology letter and a check back in the amount of $450.00 from the leasing company. I will never be able to thank their staff enough for all the help and support they gave me. If you have a financial issue of any kind, these are the people to call. If they can't help you, they probably know somebody who can.
