With a wedding a year away I needed help! The staff, atmosphere, and work are awesome! I’m so glad I did this for myself!! Come have some fun!

Ilovekickboxing is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time!! Not only has it made me stronger & is building muscle I have been toning up as well.. I look forward to going & it's actually fun working out!!!

The staff at ILKB Seekonk have been great for this kickboxing newbie! It is an extremely clean facility with a great and energizing staff that take time to assist the "new kids".

ILoveKickboxing Seekonk has completely changed my life. Several months ago, I was at the heaviest weight I've ever been, and I was having stroke level blood pressure spikes that sent me to the ER more times than I want to admit. I was basically flirting with death. Then I started ILoveKickboxing and now my entire life has changed. Focus. Determination. Health. I eat to live, not the other way around, and I kickbox for life, literally. The staff are friendly, courteous, and fun. The studio is open, inviting, clean, and a generally calm, yet exhilarating atmosphere. I don't have one negative thing to say about ILKB Seekonk and I tell all my friends they have to try it! I'm getting healthier with every class and have a positive outlook on life, all thanks to an hour a day at ILKB Seekonk!

A must try. The instructor are super and the classes are awesome. I feel guilty if I don't do to class. The members there are so friendly. No one judges. Go at your own pace and build from there. Love love love!!!

After getting a cyber Monday deal for the three classes and free gloves I could no longer put off giving them a try. I was not disappointed; in fact I'm left wondering why I took so long to sign up. The instructors are friendly and helpful and are always encouraging. You work at your own skill level and speed so even though you might be doing something in a modified form or not doing as many as others you always feel like you accomplished something at the end of each class... Because you did!!!

These classes are an amazing workout that I look forward to every time. In just a few classes I was already able to notice a difference in endurance and my body. I always leave the class feeling amazing and excited that I found a workout that I love. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone!

I joined iLovekickboxing with a little bit of hesitation because I had not been to "the gym" in several years due to a disc injury, and I felt too defeated to start working out again.  The iLovekickiboxing instructors motivation and fun personalities were a key in keeping me going back to class week after week.  After just a few months I feel stronger than ever, and I am even back to running again!  I'm so excited to be a part of the iLovekickboxing family and so grateful to all the instructors for helping me change my life!

ILoveKickboxing - Seekonk/East Providence is wonderful! I absolutely hate working out because I find it rather boring. However, the instructors here are so upbeat, personable and FUN it's hard to not have a good time! The exercises are varied which keeps the workouts enjoyable. The studio is incredibly clean (including the locker rooms/bathroom) and rather spacious! No matter if you're a beginner or a pro, you'll really love it here. The instructors are great and are always shouting something encouraging and empowering to keep you going! I love it here!
