ILoveKickBoxing in Severna Park is more than just an awesome workout, its also a place of encouragement, support and total empowerment. I have never before met a group of instructors that are so friendly and willing to offer their knowledge and patience in helping each member reach their fitness goals. When I signed up for my first class I was super nervous – I would say this is totally out of my comfort zone – but the level of care and support offered by their one-on-one approach made me feel that anything is possible – I signed up there and then. So, do yourself and favor and give this place a try…..you won’t regret it!

I've taken kickboxing classes at several different dojos/gyms but ILKB is by far the best! The staff makes everyone feel welcome, and it's a fun and friendly environment. The variety of class times can't be beat, and the workouts have me drenched with sweat every.single.class. I *love* this place and the amazing instructors!

iLoveKickboxing Severna Park is amazing! I decided to try it out because I was tired of going to a normal gym and getting frustrated because I didn't know what I was doing. The first day I walked in to ILK the staff was so nice and welcoming! They gave me a tour and sat me down to ask what I would like to work on and what my strengths, weaknesses, and goals are. They actually care about you! By the second class most of the instructors welcomed me by name. Now I have recommended iLoveKickboxing to all my coworkers!

I absolutely love this gym. The workout is hard core but not too intimidating to people of all ages and stages. The staff is friendly, helpful, and encouraging. The gym is clean and modern. Best workout ever!

ILKB Severna Park is not a gym is a family. If you are looking for something different, out of the ordinary where they truly care for you and your wellness this is the place to be. Every class is different which I love because I don’t get bored of repetitive workouts. I definitely recommend this place!

Classes are filled with friendly people of all shapes and sizes. The instructors are AMAZING: so welcoming and supportive. No matter your fitness level you will absolutely be pushing yourself for the best workout you could possibly have.

This workout is tough but it is worth it and addictive. The staff is supportive and amazing at this location. If you are interested in a challenging fast paced workout, I highly recommend you giving it a chance!

I Love Kickboxing is exactly what I needed! It's a great workout. It's fun! The staff keep me motivated! And I started seeing results in just a few weeks! I tell everyone that they HAVE to try it. I'm hooked!

ILKB is simply AMAZING! My husband and I went to our trial class and we signed up after. That's how much we loved it. We've been going for a month now and we absolutely love it so much. This was a game changer for me as it forces me to work harder and be better. What makes this place even more amazing is the Staff!!! Heather and her crew are just the best!!!
