My shoulders have been hurting for a few weeks and I thought to go to the doctor or schedule a massage. I looked on yelp and found Crossroads Massage Therapy. Based on the time, Mira was my masseuse and she was awesome. I had some navigation issues and was a few minutes late, she was pleasant and got right down to business. I had never had a massage that focused on my body's issues but that was the best massage I might have ever had. I slept much better and my range of motion while not perfect is so much better. She was awesome at working out the knots. I will be back.

Instructors are great and very friendly. They offer a large variety of classes including breath work and sound baths. I'm obsessed with their outdoor classes. They have large gym mats spaced apart and sanitized for covid safety. You put ur yoga mat on top of those. The rooftop breeze keeps the temperature cool. Nothing like evening sunset yoga! Very reasonable rates as well.
