Treatment modalities include individual, Family and Group Therapy. As needed we customise therapy based on each client's individual needs. Therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Play Therapy and Structural Family Therapy for families.
