VNS Health’s Sunset Park Community Center hosts free events and activities for New Yorkers. You can take health classes and join fun programs that help you feel your best. We don’t offer medical care at the center, but we can connect you with services such as Home Care, Senior Care, Hospice Care, Behavioral Health Care, and Health Plans.
