Whether helping them get back to work, return to an activity that makes their life meaningful or be pain-free, it's gratifying to help patients get where they want to be. I believe in empowering patients with the tools to manage their problems as independently as possible.As someone who enjoys various outdoor activities and sports, I understand how it feels when you cannot do the things you love. I take great pleasure in helping people regain their physical abilities through exercise, manual therapy and educating them about small changes they can make to take charge of their health.As a certified McKenzie Institute practitioner, I use a mechanical diagnosis and therapy approach, which effectively provides patients with the knowledge and skills they need to take control of their health.
