Sarah Murphy is a physical therapist at the University of Vermont Medical Center. She specializes in physical therapy for both geriatric and pediatric patients, including therapy for torticollis which is an abnormal head or neck position, and plagiocephaly, otherwise known as flat head syndrome. She uses aquatic physical therapy, and manual therapy in addition to land based exercise for a well-rounded and individualized treatment program.
