Dr Heinrich has always wanted to be a physician. She chose family medicine because she believes it is important to take care of and build relationships with both the patient and their family. Dr Heinrich completed her residency at Brown University in Pawtucket, R.I. She credits her father for being the biggest influence in her life for he emphasized the importance of education in her. On days off, Dr Heinrich can be found spending time with her husband and family, as well as cooking, gardening, reading and boating. I have always wanted to live and practice in the same community. Since completing my family medicine residency in 1990, I have been practicing medicine in South Haven.
