University of Utah Health’s South Jordan Health Center emergency room (ER) is located in Daybreak, South Jordan. We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our highly trained staff of board-certified physicians are prepared to handle anything from a simple cold or flu to a serious burn, heart attack, or stroke. We offer care for all ages including infants, children, adults, and individuals of advanced age. The majority of our patients do not need additional treatment at a hospital after they are released. However, patients who have trauma or who need inpatient care have access to rapid transport to a local hospital or University of Utah Hospital by ambulance or helicopter. Our AirMed service is located right next door to our Emergency Department and is available 24/7.
