Utah Home Central is a full service flat fee real estate brokerage.

This means that regardless of the purchase price of your home, our fee is the same. From our perspective, it takes just as much effort to sell a $200,000 home as it does a $500,000, so why should homeowners with a larger purchase price pay more?
Our goal is to provide our customers with exceptional service, while saving them money at the same time. If you are selling your house, our fee is a low flat fee regardless of your selling price. If you are buying, we will rebate a portion of our commission back to you.

We are located in South Jordan, but service most areas in Utah, Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Wasatch and Washington c.
