Daniela Del Valle Garcia, M.D., is a board-certified vascular interventional radiologist with Baptist Health Heart & Vascular Care at Baptist Health Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute. She specializes in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures to diagnose and treat a wide range of vascular and nonvascular conditions, including peripheral arterial disease, aortic aneurysm and dissection, venous disorders and complex circulatory conditions. Her expertise includes advanced catheter-based therapies that help reduce pain, shorten recovery times and offer effective alternatives to traditional surgery. Dr. Garcia earned her medical degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela, José María Vargas School of Medicine, in Caracas, Venezuela. She completed a transitional year residency followed by a diagnostic radiology residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Pennsylvania, where she served as chief resident. She went on to complete advanced fellowship training in interventional radiology at Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute and Baptist Health South Florida. Dr. Garcia has a strong academic and research background, with work published in peer-reviewed medical journals and presentations at national and international scientific meetings. Her scholarly interests include advancing access to care, improving health communication and contributing to research that supports equitable outcomes for diverse patient populations. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Garcia has been actively involved in medical education and professional service. She has served on graduate medical education committees and ethics committees and has participated in academic and research initiatives at leading institutions in the United States. Dr. Garcia’s patient care philosophy emphasizes compassionate, detail-oriented care tailored to each patient prioritizing clear communication and collaboration with their family members to achieve the best outcomes. Dr. Garcia speaks English and Spanish. Outside of work, Dr. Garcia enjoys long distance running, scuba diving and cooking.
