Our annual Tacoma Boozaar is my absolute FAVORITE event every year, and even though we had rain, it did not disappoint. I love seeing our community kiddos come dressed up, trick or treating, laughing, decorating pumpkins and spreading their joy. The vendors, neighbors that attend, and participation is just magical.
