The robot answering machine was simple and direct. Scheduling was easy and simple. Scheduler was courteous requesting information arranging visit. Received a text with name and picture of tech with expected arrival time. Function of tech and assistant was informative, clear communication, responsive to questions. He made sure I had information to challenge warranty if needed. I was very pleased with the experience.
