The beer is cold, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is friendly without the stink of cigarettes. Yes we are proudly a Non-Smoking restaurant.
Padavan’s NY is a restaurant located in New Town, St. Charles, MO. Our menu includes everything from exquisite entree specials such as Penne Alla Vodka or Gorganzolla Crusted Filet to burgers, wings and our authentic New York Pizza. That’s right, we are from Westhampton Beach, NY so we know a thing or two about NY Pizza. Our Chef, Mark Padavan, was awarded “Best Pizza on the East End” (a reference to the South Fork of Long Island that runs from Westhampton Beach to Montauk Point, aka “The Hamptons”) on multiple occasions. If you’re in the mood for one of the best sushi rolls you’ll ever have – try The Padavan – you won’t regret it.
We have won multiple awards of Best Restaurant in St Charles County, Best Pizza and Best Wings and we plan on continuing this winning tradition.
Chef Markus Padavan traces his culinary roots back over 3 decades. Early on he attended Johnson & Whales University in Providence, RI. After whetting his appetite for the culinary arts, it was off to Paris, France where he studied at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu. Markus remained in Europe for the next few years, which is where he learned his French and Italian techniques from some of the best known chefs in the world. Among these was Lorenzo Delmichi.
After his stint in Europe it was back to the States, where he spent the next 2 years as a chef in Hawaii at some of the most posh hotels in the world. Markus’ travels then took him to Utah for almost 2 years at the Stein Eriksen Lodge, then back to the Hamptons where he ran some of the best restaurants and clubs on the East End of Long Island. He has also been a private chef for many TV, movie, and rock stars throughout his career.
Markus’ passion for cooking shines through in his presentations – they are totally edible, including all of the garnishes of different herbs and flowers. His menu will please a wide variety of palates from succulent meat dishes to mouth watering pastas to elegant but simple seafood.
Bon appetite!
