Welcome! The Sinus & Nasal Institute of Florida, P.A. (SNI) is a center of excellence that sub-specializes in the medical and surgical care of patients with nasal and paranasal sinus disorders (rhinology). Our director, Dr. Donald C. Lanza, is an internationally recognized, board certified otolaryngologist. During the past 26 years, his clinical focus has been in rhinology and the development of minimally invasive (endoscopic) sinus surgery techniques. Dr. Alla Solyar is a board certified otolaryngologist with subspecialty training in rhinology and skull bas surgery. She is committed to evidence based, compassionate care. Although Dr. Lanza and Dr. Solyar are sub-specialists, they also treat children and adults with general ears, nose, and throat problems.
