Jazmin Roldan, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist at Kelsey-Seybold. She attended Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso Paul L. Foster School of Medicine, earning her Doctor of Medicine in 2018. She went on to Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where she completed her residency in Psychiatry in 2022.
