About

At Maple 500, we've been housing Oklahoma State University students for decades, and in 2016 and '17, we underwent extensive renovations to update and modernize all our 1- and 2-bed apartments. We added new appliances including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, granite countertops and energy efficient windows. We renovated the kitchens and bathrooms while retaining the retro charm of original hardwood floors and spacious rooms our tenants have long enjoyed. We offer off-campus living for today's independent students who want the conveniences of home within close proximity to OSU's classrooms. We're located at the corner of Knoblock and Maple, just behind the Qboba and an EZ walk to OSU's Spears School of Business, Morrill Hall, Bartlett Center, Seretean Center, Student Union, Classroom building, Paul Miller broadcasting school, and Edmon Low library. Check us out. There's no better bang for your buck in OSU's campus zone.

Our living rooms have been fully updated and comfortably fit a couch and two chairs along with TV, TV stand, coffee table, end tables and lighting.

Our 1-bedroom King apartments are appropriately named, as they have more than enough space to fit a king-sized bed, study desk and chest of drawers.

Our 2-bedroom units all feature 2 bathrooms so tenants do have have to share, and each bathroom opens to the living room so guests do not have to enter your bedroom to use the bathroom.
