this is such a great school! there are classes for all ages, you will work with various weapons, learn forms, kicks, and punches, learn how to defend yourself, and develop a family within stillwater martial arts! the instructors and students will welcome you with open arms and teach you to be the best version of yourself!

always wanted to do martial arts as a child but was unable to until my daughter was interested. i found sma, the staff was incredibly kind and courteous. she loves it now and i'm hooked also!
