Our founder, Doug Roe, started Code Red Roofers back in 2004 with a team of four people and one small dump trailer. Our original office in Stuart, Florida was our base of operations as we worked to serve Martin County. As a Florida local, Doug was able to use their expertise of Florida’s beautiful, but extreme weather to repair and install roofs designed for any situation. Now, over 20 years later, we have grown to 240+ employees and 40+ trucks in South Florida who are able to quickly respond to you. Since our founding, the company has been a place for some of our employees to find second chances and start a new life and career path.
