Our firm is a registered accounting firm with the Public Company Account Oversight Board (PCAOB). We follow standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Quality Control Committee and Public Companies Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). We are subject to a "peer review" for our accounting and auditing practice every three years. We have successfully passed last peer review. These reviews are conducted by independent and specially trained CPAs from other firms.
