Karen is a Southern California native. Before starting her career in Real Estate, Karen received her BS in Computer Information systems. Then, a few years later, she received her MBA in IT Management from Western Governors University. She worked in Information Security in the financial industry as well as consulting Fortune 500 companies on their internal controls environment. The highly technical audit skills give her a strong perspective while dissecting and negotiating real estate contracts, as she can interpret the impacts each small change makes on the entire process. She is delighted to use these skills to ensure her clients understand their options and can protect themselves to their highest potential.
