Our providers are trained in various techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports massage, reflexology, medical massage, orthopedic massage, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, and Swedish (relaxation) massage. We are unique to the Central New York marketplace because our providers are dually certified as personal trainers, yoga instructors, or martial arts instructors. The State Tower Building has made their fitness facility available for one on one personal training.
